Purpose:
At its meeting on 4th December 2023, the
Health & Wellbeing Board reviewed its Terms of Reference and
agreed two minor changes, details of which are set out in the paper
to the Board.
The Terms of Reference are part of the Constitution. It is within
the remit of the Monitoring Officer to agree minor amendments to
the Constitution so he agreed that the consequent changes be
made.
Decision:
That the following amendments be made to the
Health & Wellbeing Board Terms of Reference within the
Constitution;
At 2.20.3 - the following bullet point was added, to enhance the
public engagement element of the Board
"• Listen to issues brought to Board meetings through the
public speaking standing agenda item"
At 2.20.6 - a correction was made to the job titles at the second
bullet point in the Membership section to now read;
" B&NES Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board x 2 (ICB
Executive Place Director, nominated ICB Officer)"
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - Not amend, however a correction and
an addition was considered sensible.
