spring at the Roman Baths is now complete and this decision is to
update the final scheme budget which now reflects full costs of
integration into the building management system (BMS).
Decision:
To fully approve £108K capital budget
funded from Heritage Services provisional budgets for the Energy
Capture Scheme (£50k) and Infrastructure Development
(£58k).
Alternative options considered:
None. This is an adjustment reflecting final
costs.
