Pools.

To agree to fully approve £250k for Cleveland Pools Trust being funded by Strategic CIL.
Reasons for the decision:
The decision will enable the Council to allocate grant funding towards the completion of the project to restore and re-open the open-air public swimming baths.
Alternative options considered:
Not to award a grant for Cleveland Pools Trust. There is a real risk that without this grant there would be a shortfall in funding the project to develop the pools.
