funded by revenue contribution from existing Housing Services
budgets to contribute to alterations to Carrswood Gypsy &
Traveller Site by Elim.
Alternative options considered:
Not to undertake the alterations. However,
this option would not ensure the most effective and efficient usage
of the site.
