The Leader as sole shareholder agrees to the company (ADL) directly employing staff subject to a further decision on the remuneration terms and conditions of such staff and officers.

To enable ADL to succeed in delivering returns to the Council, it must grow and evolve.
Alternative options considered:
To refuse shareholder consent to the request which would limit the ability of ADL to operate and compete in the marketplace.
