Purpose:

The Corporate Plan is a non-statutory document; however it is an essential planning tool that sets out our vision for Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) and our plan to make this vision a reality. There is a local approach throughout the plan providing information on what our ambitions are across the area including Bath, Keynsham and the Chew Valley.

Decision:

(1) To AGREE that the Corporate Plan 2012/15 be recommended to Council on 19 July for approval.

Reasons for the decision:

The Corporate Plan 2012/15 is a non-statutory document; however it is an essential communication tool that sets out our vision and values for B&NES and our plans to make this vision a reality
