Purpose:
This report gives details of performance against the Council’s Treasury Management Strategy & Annual Investment Plan 2016/17 for the first nine months of 2016/17.
Decision:
RESOLVED (unanimously) that the Cabinet agreed:
1.
The Treasury Management Report to 31st December 2016, prepared in
accordance with the CIPFA Treasury Code of Practice, is
noted
2. The Treasury Management Indicators to 31th December 2016 are noted.
Reasons for the decision:
The Prudential Code and CIPFA’s Code of Practice on Treasury Management requires regular monitoring and reporting of Treasury Management activities.
