Purpose:

This report gives details of performance against the Council’s Treasury Management Strategy & Annual Investment Plan 2015/16 for the first three months of 2016/17.

Decision:

RESOLVED (unanimously) that the Cabinet agreed:

 

1)  The Treasury Management Report to 30th June 2016, prepared in accordance with the CIPFA Treasury Code of Practice, is noted;

2)  The Treasury Management Indicators to 30th June 2016 are noted.

Reasons for the decision:

The Prudential Code and CIPFA’s Code of Practice on Treasury Management requires regular monitoring and reporting of Treasury Management activities.
