This report presents a new Corporate Strategy for the Council setting out a clear direction for the Council, showing why change is needed, what the future should look like and how we will get there.

RESOLVED (unanimously) that the Cabinet approved the Bath and North East Somerset Council Corporate Strategy 2016-20.
Reasons for the decision:
The Corporate Strategy is the Council’s business plan setting the context for all Council activity.
