1 THE ISSUE
1.1 This paper gives the Trustees an update on lettings since last reported to the Board at its October 2010 meeting.
2 RECOMMENDATION
The Bath Recreation Ground Trust is asked to agree that:

3 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
3.1 Lettings provide part of the income of the Trust
4 THE REPORT
4.1 Attached at Appendix 1 is a summary of lettings granted over the Recreation Ground since from October 2009, and known future lettings.

6.1 Lettings fulfil the terms of the Trust and provide income to contribute towards its running costs
