1 THE ISSUE
1.1 This paper gives the Trustees an update on general management issues at the Recreation Ground.
2 RECOMMENDATION
The Trust Board is asked to:

4 THE REPORT
4.1 Car Parking
The process of obtaining a Traffic Regulation Order, regulated by permits has been completed. This will enable enforcement action to be taken against car owners parking illegally.
4.2 Planning Applications
The trustees have approved requests from Bath Rugby Football Club to make minor alterations to improve access to toilet facilities and to increase seating capacity within the existing footplate leased to the Club
4.3 Tree Works
The replanting of the felled trees referred to in the General Management Report to the Trustees dated 24th march 2010 has taken place.
