1 THE ISSUE
1.1 This paper provides the Trustees with an update on general management issues at the Recreation Ground.
2 RECOMMENDATION
2.1 The Bath recreation Ground Trust is asked to note the contents of this report.

4 THE REPORT
4.1 Car Parking
Work is being undertaking to repair pot holes in the surface of the area behind the East Stand car park.
4.2 Licence Arrangements
Negotiations are progressing to improve the commercial terms of the arrangements governing the use of Trust assets by Bath Rugby Club.
4.3 New Wicket
A new cricket wicket has been laid in front of the temporary stand to make more space available on the remainder of the Recreation Ground for different activities consistent with the objectives of the Trust. It is intended to invite clubs and societies to apply to the Trust to use the facilities in due course.
4.4 Tree Works
The remaining trees in the corner of the Recreation Ground by the sports centre were felled in accordance with a planning application for installation of temporary seating. Appropriate replanting will be considered when the planning permission expires. The works were carried out under the supervision of the Council's Arboreal Officer to ensure no damage was done to the root area of the adjoining Tulip trees.
