1 THE ISSUE
1.1 This paper gives the Trustees an update on lettings at the Recreation Ground since it was last reported to the Board at its October 2008 meeting.
2 RECOMMENDATION
The Trust Board is asked to:

3 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
3.1 Lettings provide part of the income of the Trust.
4 THE REPORT
4.1 Attached at Appendix 1 is a summary of lettings granted over the Recreation Ground since the start of the year, and known future lettings.
4.2. A provisional booking for the whole of the Recreation Ground has been taken for the 12th and 19th August 2010 for the British Transplant Games.
