1 THE ISSUE
1.1 The Trust Board need to consider how to react to the latest views of the Charity Commission.

4 THE REPORT
4.1 Following the meeting of the Trust Board on 14th October the Chairman of the Board together with Advisers met with the Charity Commission officials in London on the 21st November to discuss the latest position, and the need for urgent decision from the Commission.
4.2 The Commission officials indicated that they would communicate their decision regarding the Trust's latest proposals by the end of the calendar year, however subsequently the Trust has been advised this would not be available until early January.
4.3 The Trust Board will need to react to the Commission's response.
