DWMI taking telephone call from Peter Jovcic-Sas. He said he has been on holiday and had missed the deadline respond. I assured him I would still be able to accept a response from him next week. He was wondering what additional information I needed as he believed he had set out the substance of the matter in the complaint which covered the facts. The complaint really just concerns the relevant development control meetings.

He is concerned that the meeting minutes are not accurate. For example, at one of the meetings Jonathan Gay was there and spoke and that has not been minuted. There were two development control meetings and one site meeting. He knows that Phyllis went to the site meeting and spoke but he cannot recall whether or not Jonathan Gay was supposed to have attended or not. He wants to know if the meeting has been recorded as he has not been able to get any information from the planning officer.

He said that at the first development meeting both Jonathan Gay and himself spoke and attended the meeting but this was not recorded. He asked whether he needed to come in and meet with me. He said that he was quite happy to email any further information and did not require a meeting. He will email me the information and a couple of queries he has got about the minutes. I can contact him on his work number if I have got any additional questions about the information he sends in.

He mentioned that he has had difficulty getting information about the site meeting but there must be information available about that because expenses etc would have to be recorded. He said he understood that the two councillors concerned have put in complaints against him.
