1 THE ISSUE
1.1 The decision by the Planning, Transportation and Sustainability Panel to uphold the Call-In of the Executive Decision on the Inspector's Report on the Draft Local Plan.
2 RECOMMENDATION
The Council Executive is asked:
2.1 To note the decision by the PTS Overview and Scrutiny Panel to uphold the Call-In of the Executive's earlier decision on the Inspector's Report on the Draft Local Plan, specifically the proposal relating to the development of land at St Martin's Garden Primary and Hayesfield School sites; and
2.2 To reconsider the decision that was taken at the earlier Council Executive meeting on 6th September.
3 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
3.1 The review was conducted within the budget available to the Panel.
