1.1 This report introduces the Four-Monthly Customer Performance Report, which is attached as Appendix 1.

4 THE REPORT

4.1 As part of the Council's performance management framework the Corporate Director is required to submit a Customer Four-Monthly Performance Report to the Directors' Group. This report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Members and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.
