On behalf of all Councillors for the Parish Council
The council believes that option 2b is the best option. It will allow a maximum time for independent living to be combined with minimum disruption when there is the need to move on to fuller care. We strongly support option 2b providing those living in independent units are assured of their security and that provision is made for them to easily access town facilities (gradient on Hawthorne site is of concern) should they be able to take walks etc.
