1 THE ISSUE
1.1 This report introduces the Four-monthly Community Safety and Drugs Action Team Performance Report (Reporting Period November 2004 - February 2005), which is attached as Appendix 1.

4 THE REPORT
4.1 As part of the Councils performance management framework the Strategic Director of Social & Housing Services is required to submit a performance report on the Community Safety and Drugs Action Team, which is submitted to the Directors' Group. The report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Member and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.
4.2 The Four-monthly Community Safety and Drugs Action Team Performance Report (November 2004 - February 2005) is attached as Appendix 1.
