1 THE ISSUE
1.1 Performance reports are submitted from each service area on a four monthly cycle. The attached report details the key issues arising in Transportation for the four months to the end of February 2005, together with the historic and current performance indicator tables.
1.2 Services covered by this report include Transport Policy, Transportation Planning, Highway Maintenance, Highway Development, Parking, Public Rights of Way, Public Transport, Traffic & Safety, Passenger Services, Vehicle & Fleet Management.
2 RECOMMENDATION
2.1 The Council Executive is asked to note the Transportation 4 Monthly Performance Report.
3 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
3.1 There are no financial implications arising as a result of this report.
4 THE REPORT
4.1 The four monthly performance report is attached as Appendix 1 for members consideration.
5 RISK MANAGEMENT
A risk assessment related to the issue and recommendations has been undertaken, in compliance with the Council's decision making risk management guidance.
6 RATIONALE
6.1 This report is in accordance with the Council's performance reporting format.
