BWR Agreement
The Liberal Democrat group welcomes this development agreement with Crest and is pleased that this project is proceeding in the current economic crises.
We all want to see a high quality outcome on this development site and one that enhances Bath's World Heritage Status. It is important that the Council gets the development without making further concessions on sustainability, design quality or housing tenure mix.
