4 THE REPORT
4.1 As part of the Councils performance management framework the Strategic Director of Social & Housing Services is required to submit a performance report on Social Services, which is submitted to the Directors' Group. The report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Member and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.
4.2 The Four-monthly Performance Report for Social Services (October 2003) is attached as Appendix 1(a) & (b).
