QUESTIONS AND STATEMENTS
· What will happen to the residents?
· What will happen if they do not want to go anywhere else?
· Will staff be re-deployed on the same hours? If not, perhaps hours could be made up with training for roles in the new homes? Some staff are interested in the nursing role
· What will happen if more than one person applies for the same post?
· Will there be training for staff taking on new roles?
· If better wages were paid there would be better recruitment and less need for expensive agency staff
· We do not have problems with staffing continuity as we have contract agency staff
· Is this just a question of money?
· Some staff work here because they would have problems getting into Bath eg those living in the village or in Wiltshire
· Will there be redundancies?
