1.1 This report introduces the 4 monthly Performance Report of Housing Services, which is attached as appendix 1.

4 THE REPORT
4.1 As part of the Councils performance management framework each Strategic Director is required to submit a 4 monthly performance report on their service area to the Directors Group. The report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Member and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.
4.2 The 4 monthly Performance Report for Housing Services at July 2002 is attached as Appendix 1.
