4 THE REPORT

4.1 As part of the Council's performance management framework the Strategic Director (Corporate) is required to submit a Customer Four-monthly performance to the Directors' Group. This report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Members and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.

4.2 The Customer Four monthly Performance Report is attached as Appendix 1.
