1.1 This report introduces the Four-monthly Performance Report of Housing & Supported Living Services (July 2003), which is attached as Appendix 1.

4 THE REPORT
4.1 As part of the Council's performance management framework each Strategic Director is required to submit a Four-monthly Performance Report on their service area to the Directors' Group. The report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Member and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.
4.2 The Four-monthly Performance Report for Housing & Supported Living Services (July 2003) is attached as Appendix 1.
