4.1 This report introduces the Four-monthly Performance Report (March 2005) for Corporate Services, which is attached as Appendix 1

5 RISK MANAGEMENT

A risk assessment related to the issue and recommendations has been undertaken, in compliance with the Council's decision making risk management guidance.

6 RATIONALE

6.1 As part of the Council's performance management framework each Strategic Director is required to submit a Four-monthly Performance Report on their service area to the Directors' Group. The report is also submitted to the relevant Portfolio Executive Member and finally a meeting of the Executive Council.

6.2 The Four-monthly Performance Report for Corporate Services (March 2005) is attached as Appendix 1.
