Valuation report - TO FOLLOW

Note: The papers for this item include appendices which are considered exempt from publication under Local Government Act 1972 (amended Schedule 12A) because they contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).

Before beginning the debate on the item, the Trust Board will be asked to consider the Public Interest Test and then to determine whether the information is indeed exempt from publication. [Should the Board decide that the appendices are not exempt, copies will at that point be provided in the public gallery.]

If the Trust Board then wish to discuss any items deemed exempt, the appropriate resolution will need to be moved to exclude the public from the meeting.

The Committee Administrator for this meeting is Jo Morrison who can be contacted on (01225) 394358.
