You are invited to attend a meeting of the Regulatory Access Committee to be held on Tuesday 30th January 2007 at 10am in the Council Chamber, Keynsham Town Hall.

NOTES:
1. Inspection of Papers: Any person wishing to inspect Minutes, reports, or a list of the background papers relating to any item on this Agenda should contact Enfys Hughes who is available by telephoning Bath (01225) 394410 or by calling at the Riverside Offices, Keynsham (during normal office hours).
2. Details of Decisions taken at this meeting can be found in the minutes which will be circulated with the agenda for the next meeting. In the meantime details can be obtained by contacting Enfys Hughes as above.

4. Substitutions: Members are reminded that any substitutions must be made in accordance with the relevant Rule set out in the Council's Constitution and notified in writing to Enfys Hughes prior to the commencement of the meeting. Only members of the Licensing Act 2003 Committee may substitute for members of this Sub-Committee.
5. Attendance Register: Members should sign the Register which will be circulated at the meeting.
6. Emergency Evacuation Procedure
When the continuous alarm sounds, you must evacuate the building by one of the designated exits and proceed to the named assembly point. The designated exits are sign-posted.
Arrangements are in place for the safe evacuation of disabled people.

The Committee is asked to consider objections received against Bath and North East Somerset (Public Footpath BA7/1, Fullers Earthworks, Combe Hay) Public Path Diversion order 2006 and to decide whether to abandon the Order or to send it, along with objections received, to the Secretary of State (SoS) for determination.
The Committee is asked to consider objections made to the above Public Path Diversion Order, made 16th August 2006, and to decide whether to abandon the Order or to submit it to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (SoS) for determination.
The committee is asked to consider an application to extinguish a part of public footpath BC43/1, which runs across the upper playing fields at Beechen Cliff School, in the light of objections made to it following consultations and to decide whether to authorise the making of an extinguishment order or to refuse the application.
11. DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER TO ADD A PUBLIC FOOTPATH IN OLDFIELD WARD, BATH
This report deals with the evidence relating to a 4m length section of an alleged public footpath in Oldfield ward, Bath and seeks Committee approval to make a Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the City of Bath by adding a public footpath running across the access road to the property known as The Moorlands, Bath, as shown by the route marked A-B on the plan attached at Appendix 1.
The report provides an update to the Committee following its decision at its last meeting on 10 October 2006 regarding the making of an order to add 45 public footpaths in Newbridge Ward, Bath to the Definitive Map and Statement.
