Advance notice is required not less than two full working days before the meeting (this means that for meetings held on Mondays notice must be received in Democratic Services by 4.30pm the previous Wednesday).

The public may also ask a question to which a written answer will be given. Questions must be submitted in writing to Democratic Services at least two full working days in advance of the meeting. Where an item relates to a specific ward within the Authority, the name of that ward is given alongside the item heading. This report sets out the call-in request relating to the decision of the Council Executive and seeks its determination by the Planning, Transportation, Economy and Sustainability Overview and Scrutiny Panel.

The Democratic Services Officer for this meeting is Tom Dunne who can be contacted on (01225) 394360.
