I am Director of Music at Christ Church, Julian Road, appointed by the Trustees of Christ Church. This would normally be a paid role but I have chosen not to take payment for the position. My spouse also works for Bath & Wells Multi-Academy Trust as a teaching assistant at St Stephen's School, Bath.
2. You should declare any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the Council) made or provided within the last 12 months in respect of expenses incurred by you in carrying out your duties as a member, or towards your election expenses.
