LEADER’S SCHEME OF DELEGATION AND EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS In accordance with Part 4(D), rule 2, this notice advises that the Leader and Cabinet Member for Adult Care, Health and Wellbeing, and the Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, in consultation with the Deputy Leaders, have agreed an amendment to the Responsibility for Executive Functions (Constitution Part 3, Section 3) to enable appropriate delegations to the Cabinet Sub-Committee established as part of the Health & Care Board.
