The current programme runs for three years (01 April 2023 - 31 March 2026)

In March 2026 eighteen project payments totalling £13,434 were approved.

From £177,000 that has been made available for the three years of this programme. As of 1st April 2026 £42,172 remained unallocated.

Submitted Applications totalling £27,934.94 have been received for projects that are awaiting processing and approval.

It therefore is anticipated that once all applications have been processed the final underspend for the programme will be £14,237.17.

All projects were submitted by B&NES Ward Councillors and agreement to fund each project was given by David Dixon - Corporate Engagement Manager.

To dispose of a small parcel of land surplus to the Corporate Estates portfolio and requirements.

To dispose of the land in line with the Corporate Estate policy

To dispose of a minor land holding situated between Chatham Row and the River Avon which is surplus to the Corporate Estates portfolio and requirements

To market and dispose of the land in line with the Corporate Estates policy

The parcel of land is surplus to the Corporate Estates requirements and portfolio.

To undertake a disposal via a marketing campaign and register all interest and then proceed with a disposal.
