2. You should declare any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the Council) made or provided within the last 12 months in respect of expenses incurred by you in carrying out your duties as a member, or towards your election expenses.

13.10.2020 - Akerman Press A gift of a book entitled "walks of Bath" valued at £15 from Akerman press. I have however made a donation of £10 in lieu of this to the mayors relief fund.
05.03.22 - Bath City Football Club Attendance at Bath City Football match on Saturday 5th March 2022 as a guest to promote "Women at the game" for International women's day. This included entrance and coffee/cake approximate value £20.
9. I understand that I must, within 28 days of becoming aware of any new or change in the above interests, including any change in relation to a sensitive interest, provide written notification there of to the Council’s Monitoring Officer.
