I, Kevin Burnett a Member/Co-opted Member of Bath and North East Somerset Council (The Council) give notice that

1. You should disclose any employment, office, trade, profession or vocation carried on for profit or gain, including the name of any person or body who employs or has appointed you.

I carry out some paid 'Facility Time Work' for the Bath and NE Somerset Branch of the National Association of Head Teachers. I also receive expense payments for subsistence and travel from the NAHT where duties are carried out on its behalf.	-
I am a volunteer Foundation Governor on the Local Governing Body for Farrington Gurney Church School (part of the Midsomer Norton Partnership Trust).	-
On 19-11-17, I emailed Maria Lucas about a sensitive family issue of a family member being employed by the Council - though this is now 'indirectly employed as the Council has a contract with the Youth Service. This email is still 'valid'.	-
I am currently vice-chair of B&NES SACRE (representing NAHT).	-
I am co-opted member on the Council's Children and Adults Health and Wellbeing Scrutiny Panel.	-
I represent the Unions on the B&NES Schools Forum.	-
