Employment, Office, Trade, Profession or Vocation
I am a casual examiner for the Institute of Advanced Motorists and I am paid a small allowance for each test I conduct.
2. You should declare any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the Council) made or provided within the last 12 months in respect of expenses incurred by you in carrying out your duties as a member, or towards your election expenses. See note 2
3. You should declare any current undischarged contract made between you, or a body in which you have a beneficial interest, and the Council under which goods or services are to be provided or works are to be executed. See note 3
4. You should declare any beneficial interest in land located with the Council’s area (excluding any easement, or right in or over land which does not carry the right to occupy or receive income). See note 4
I am joint owner of 91 Lays Drive, Keynsham, Somerset, BS31 2LD with my wife.
My wife owns 87 Lays Drive, Keynsham, Somerset, BS31 2LD and that property is rented to private tenants. I do not directly have a pecuniary interest in that property.
5. You should detail any licence (alone or jointly with others) to occupy land in the Council’s area for a month or longer. See note 5
6. You should detail any tenancy where to your knowledge, the Council is the landlord and the tenant is a body in which you have a beneficial interest. See note 6

7. You should detail any beneficial interest in securities of a body which has to your knowledge a place of business or land in the Council’s area and either the total nominal value of the securities exceeds £25,000 or one hundredth of the total issued share capital, or one hundredth of the total issued share capital of any class of shares issued. See note 7
8. You must reveal the name of any person or organisation from whom you have received a gift or hospitality with an estimated value of at least £25 which you have received in your capacity as a member of the Council. See note 8

09.03.2016 Personal approach to a Bloor Homes director at a public consultation in Keynsham in May 2016 for a £7,000 pledge to support a resident with a disabled son, for the remodeling of the home to provide ground floor bedroom/wet room. There is no pecuniary advantage from this gift, which was obtained for my resident, however I wanted this recorded for transparency as they have just submitted a planning application.
