My son Allan is on the museum "bank" list of employees and does seasonal and temporary cover work with the Council.
My wife worked part-time for Virgin Care when they took over the Sirona contract until 31/12/2017 when she retired. Therefore a small element of her pension will have been accumulated whilst working for Virgin Care.
I am also a member of Charity of Frances Georgina Cooke (charity number 266101)
Jennifer Crossley who is my daughter now works for B&NES CAB as a debt adviser from April Monday 27 2020
2. You should declare any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the Council) made or provided within the last 12 months in respect of expenses incurred by you in carrying out your duties as a member, or towards your election expenses. See note 2
3. You should declare any current undischarged contract made between you, or a body in which you have a beneficial interest, and the Council under which goods or services are to be provided or works are to be executed. See note 3
4. You should declare any beneficial interest in land located with the Council’s area (excluding any easement, or right in or over land which does not carry the right to occupy or receive income). See note 4
My Wife owns and rents a two bedroom flat in Snow Hill, Walcot
5. You should detail any licence (alone or jointly with others) to occupy land in the Council’s area for a month or longer. See note 5
6. You should detail any tenancy where to your knowledge, the Council is the landlord and the tenant is a body in which you have a beneficial interest. See note 6

23/02/2012 Trevor Osborne Charitable Trust I attended the Bath Bach Festival concert at Bath Abbey - A Venetian Extravaganza by La Serenissima. After the concert attended a meal at the Pump Rooms for Bath Bach Festival donors and again I was a guest of the Trevor Osborne Charitable Trust. I received a CD by La Serenissima.
