The Chair will draw attention to the emergency evacuation procedure as set out under Note 6.

RESOLVED that the open and exempt minutes of the meeting of 17th May 2018 be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Exclusion of the Public

The Committee if it wishes may pass the following resolution;

 

that, having been satisfied that the public interest test would be better served by not disclosing relevant information, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 (A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business because of the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Scheduled 12A of the Act as amended.

On a motion from Councillor Tim Warren, seconded by Councillor Dine Romero, it was

The Committee considered a report seeking their agreement to two dismissals by reason of redundancy and consequential proposed total severance payments to officers in excess of or close to £100,000.

 

On a motion from Councillor Tim Warren, seconded by Councillor Sarah Bevan, it was

 

RESOLVED that the proposals be approved and the Chief Executive be given delegated authority to take all necessary steps to implement the proposals within the report.
