Passenger Transport Project (2004-2005)

The ‘Headroom Projects’ being pursued by the council have the target of creating best value efficiencies within the organisation. This specific project looked at the opportunities available for improving service delivery and costs across the whole range of Council managed passenger transport provision. Acting as a main communications channel the method of working shown by this report mainly relates to the ‘overview’ role of Overview and Scrutiny.
