This review looked at experiences of extended nightclub hours across Bath & North East Somerset. Though mainly concerned with licensing powers the review also looked at ways of reducing late night disturbances, addressing issues such as binge drinking and policing levels. The recommendations from this review were intended to inform the Council's licensing policy and the report went to Council on 20th November 2003.
