The Executive Forward Plan is published 7 days before the start
of each month. It is a list of decisions which it is anticipated
will be required in the coming months. The decisions might be made
by the Cabinet or Individual Cabinet Members or by Officers or
Bodies which have been given the delegated authority.
The Forward Plan includes a short description of the decision to be made; who will make it; when the decision will be taken; details of the planned consultation with local people and other stakeholders; and contact details for further information (including reports and background papers).

The Weekly List is published every Friday. It contains reports for consultation and eventual decision by Individual Cabinet Members. The report will explain the issue, present all the relevant information and show what decision the Officer recommends should be taken. Once the decision is taken, this is published in a subsequent Weekly List and is usually subject to Call-in procedures.
