Making Neighbourhood Plans: amendment to Council's Neighbourhood Planning Protocol
The Neighbourhood Planning Protocol needs to be amended with regard to the process of the Council making and bringing into force Neighbourhood Plans to make it clear that this is a Cabinet decision.

Call-In Information: This item will not be subject to Call In in accordance to Constitutional Rule Part 4(D) – 1 – ‘Exceptions to call-in’ as the effect would be that the Council would miss a statutory deadline, in this case the obligation to make the Neighbourhood Plans as soon as reasonably practicable after the referendum.
