Purpose:
This report gives details of performance against the Council's Treasury Management Strategy and Annual Investment Plan 2011/12
Decision:
(1) To NOTE the 2011/12 Treasury Management Annual Report to 31st March 2012, prepared in accordance with the CIPFA Treasury Code of Practice;
(2) To NOTE the 2011/12 actual Treasury Management Indicators; and
(3) To AGREE that the Treasury Management Report and attached appendices are reported to July Council.
Reasons for the decision:
The Prudential Code and CIPFA’s Code of Practice on Treasury Management requires regular monitoring and reporting of Treasury Management activities.
