Policy for the making of Public Path Orders

One
of the agreed actions in the Joint Rights of Way Improvement Plan,
adopted in November 2007, was to "develop a joint Diversion
Policy including specification standards for diverted paths".
The draft policy appended to this report, developed with Bristol
City and South Gloucestershire Councils, covers the making of
diversion, creation and extinguishment orders and is considered to
fulfil the ROWIP proposal
