CALLED IN DECISIONS

These are decisions which were the subject of a call-in by 10 members.  If the call-in is validated under the rules within the Constitution, the implementation of the decision cannot proceed.  The decision will be examined through the overview and scrutiny process and a recommendation made back to the decision maker.  The response of the decision maker (the Cabinet member or the Cabinet, whichever is relevant) will be recorded in a subsequent Weekly List.  Once made, this decision will not be eligible for a further call-in.

This decision was the subject of a valid Call-in.  The Enterprise and Economic Development Overview & Scrutiny Panel will consider the Call-in at a public meeting to be held on Tue 13-Jan-09 in the Guildhall, Bath.  The findings of the Panel will be reported in due course.
