1 THE ISSUE
1.1 Response to the Major Projects Overview and Scrutiny Panel's recommendations emerging from their review on Securing the Future of Small Shops.
1.2 This report is now being owned by the new Enterprise and Economic Development O&S Panel.
2 RECOMMENDATION
2.1 That the Cabinet Members respond to the recommendations assigned to them in the table as made by the Major Projects O & S Panel within six weeks of this report appearing on the weekly list. In this case the Enterprise and Economic Development O &S Panel asks for a response by Friday 9th November 2007.
3 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
3.1 There are no immediate financial implications arising from this report.
4 RATIONALE
4.1 The purpose of this review was to investigate ways in which the Council can help to secure the future of small shops in Bath & North East Somerset.
